It does not imply that you should always project a fake smile. But next time you feel down, try smiling and see what happens. You can also smile at yourself in the mirror every morning.
2. Everyday, you should exercise

Even a little bit of physical activity can make a big difference. In general, you don’t have to train for a triathlon in order to do a cliff climb, as long as it truly makes you happy. It is not the point of the joke to exaggerate. If you suddenly find yourself following a rigorous regimen, you will probably be frustrated.
3. Get lots of rest
We know that proper sleep is a solid source of excellent health, cognitive function, and mental well-being, regardless of how modern society urges us to sleep less. 4. Be thankful

Begin each day by expressing gratitude for something. This can be done while brushing your teeth or waiting for your snooze alarm to go off. Try to keep an eye out for the enjoyable aspects of your life as you go about your day. These can be significant things, like knowing someone loves you or being able to earn a solid promotion
5. Deeply inhale
